they specialize in Lexus and Toyotas - great independent repair shop - nice alternative to the dealer - have a shuttle service if you don't want to wait, or a small friendly waiting room if you have time to wait. Family owned business that's been around since 1979
Pros: parking, service, honest, reputable, been in business for 29 years, located downtown but will shuttle you where you need to go
Cons: need more of Lowell's around town
