Loved this store!

I had a great experience in this store! The staff were wonderful to work with and their selection of gowns were amazing. I went on a Saturday and they were so busy. I had my own consultant and she helped me select gowns that I liked and she suggested many as well. There were 2 other brides and myself sharing the stage area. Each one of the brides had their own consultant. We had a blast! It was like a mini fashion show! My friends loved seeing all the gowns and all of the brides gave each other help. We even took turns trying on the same gowns. All of us enjoyed ourselves and all three of us ordered our gowns! Next we will find the brides maids. I will be going back to the Wedding Center because they were so great to work with.

GREAT!!!!!

I've bought 2 gowns from this store.

I've always had great service.

My friend and I went in just to try on some gowns to dream about our weddings and got a lot of help.

The staff is very friendly.

I would highly recommend this store!

I love it!

• Pros: They had the most beautiful dresses. Good service, great selection, lovely atmosphere.
• Cons: Needs more dresses in each size other than that nothing, everything is great!

Wonderful Atmosphere and Staff

Recently, I visited the Wedding Center in search for my dream gown. The staff were very helpful, and the stage makes it feel like a fahsion show! There was a great selection and I was able to find the perfect dress. I will be visiting again for my bridesmaid dresses and cannot wait!

GREAT SERVICE AND STAFF

I went and recently purchased a Prom gown from the Wedding center! I had Greatd service and the staff helped me pick the best gown to fit my body type and hair style! Not only did i get the dress of my dreams for my senior prom but i they helped me with my hair also i got a tuxedo for my date! This store gave me the whole package and i urge all of my friends at school and family to go and check this GREAT store out!

worst service i've ever experienced

my best friend was getting married and i was the maid of honor, so of course, i was helping her find her perfect wedding dress. she was from richmond, so she wasn't that familiar with the lexington bridal shops so it was my job to navigate her around town to different shops. when we got to lena's i kept saying to her "they have so much selection, you're going to love it!" well i was so wrong! we walked in and no one would help us. my best friend got married when she was 19 and i was 19 also, so the employees treated us like we had no business being in there! they acted like we were just two teenagers that didn't have anything better to do with our saturday except to try on wedding dresses for fun, even though my friend told them her wedding date and discusses all her plans with them (where the wedding would be, what day, etc...). none of the workers would help her try on dresses or even pull them from the racks, so i had to do all that as well. every time we tried to get some help they completely ignored us. we got so mad that we left all the dresses that my friend was trying on in the dressing room and left. i would never reccommend this place to anyone! now i'm getting married and i know where i will NOT be going to look for a dress!

Great selection and staff

After traveling to Louisville, Cincy, and several other local bridal stores, I found the service and selection of dresses to be the best at this store. The choices they had for bridal, brides maids, flower girls and mothers were so huge, but I felt a bit overwhelmed! I did have 2 of the best consultants to work with me and make my experience super. They selected gowns for me based on my photos and descriptions and helped me(with no pressure) decide on the best look for me. I am so glad I decided to visit this store.

Absolutely Horrible

When I ordered my dress from Lena's they told me it would be in the first week of April. So the first week of April I called and they said it had been shipped out the 1st and it would be at the store within the next two days. So, patiently, I waited and never got a call from them. So finally I called and they acted totally clueless to my situation. They had me on hold for thirty minutes and were extremely rude. They then told me that the dress would not be shipped out till the 12th (this is after I was told it had already been shipped the 1st). All of the employees there act like they don't know whats going on. I don't recommend this store to anyone!

horrible service

I was the maid of honor in my friends wedding...the people at Lena's mixed up the measurements for the bridesmaids, and a week before the wedding.NONE of the dresses fit. The people at Lena's told us that if we did not pay to have them fix the mistakes, then we would not be able to have the dresses, so we had to pay for alterations twice because they messed them up..it was horrible service..I dont recommend it to anyone!!!

This store helped me get the dress that i wanted

Lena's Wedding Center is the only place that help me when I got my wedding dress. All I had to do is tell them what kind of dress I wanted and the price range and they just keep bring dresses to me to try on.They had to alter it a little and I got it back before they told me it would be ready. I love this Store and i got all the dresses for my wedding here and they where great.

Terrible service

This store has a rude staff that lies and will do anything to rip a customer off. We ordered our flowergirl dresses there and they were suppose to be in 2 months before the wedding. However, they didn't arrive until 2 weeks before the wedding. They lied to me several times about the dresses. Then when I went in there and refused to pay a rush delivery charge (which I was told I had to pay to have them there 2 months before) they were rude and flat out jerks. I believe that it was the worst expeirence I have ever had at a store and strongly urge anyone to not to go there.
