I would ask those looking for a custodial evaluation to be the answer to their custody issues to rethink their options. Having had some personal experience with this firm I can tell you that it is very expensive and they do not do their homework as they would initially lead you to believe. If you are a woman then you probably won't have anything to worry about as they have stated in previous evaluations that the Mother should have custody in most cases regardless of past behavior or history. Seriously I'm not joking, I'm a woman so it's not that I'm being biased. I know that in one case that they recommended that the mother have custody even though she had spent time in jail for custodial kidnapping, and even had a tape on record where she encouraged her children to do whatever it takes including lying and stealing from their father so that she could get custody. She even had the children say that the father was abusing them, they later admitted that he has never done anything abusive to them they just wanted to make their mother happy. The courts went with feinberg's recommendation and now the children have been completely alienated from their father. He doesn't get to speak with them on the phone and during visitation the mother calls the kids constantly so that she can maintain control of the weekend. Just remember that feinberg's is a business and they are there to make money, and trust me they make plenty of it. They like to end their reports with the statement, " recommend another review should be done in 6 months" . In other words we want more money. My suggestion to you if you are a man and you are a truly decent and good father just take your chances with the courts or find another organization that doesn't require you take out a loan in order to be able to pay them.
