This company should be known for the worst service ever. Every review written is about their bad service. I bought a TV from HH Greg and it had problems after 10 months. I called Samsung in December 07 who sent out DOC'S ELECTRONTIC'S to fix the problem. Doc's said it was two panels and should take about 2 weeks times. It is now mid March 2008 (THREE MONTHS AND COUNTING) and still not fixed. They have never called me about the delays. I have always had to call them and they say they will call you back but they don't. According to them the part is now back ordered. If you are referred to this company because of a warranty, make them contract with someone else to fix the problem. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY

Cons: Never call you back. Missed appointment time.

Unfortunately, I'm having to use this company because I have an HH Gregg warranty. But, if not for that, I'd look elsewhere. Delays in ordering parts, returning calls and scheduling. If you have a choice, I'd recommend that you choose another!

It's been 2 months and my TV is still not repaired, they keep saying that the part will be in anyday now and I've just given up hope. I've called everyone under the sun to try and get it resolved but it just won't happen. This company is terrible!
