Love Bean!

I loved the time I spent at Planet! She really paid attention to what I had to say. The shampoo was amazing! Her attention to detail with the cut and color was fabulous! And she left we looking like a rock star after the style! I would recommend her to everyone!

Finally satisfied

After visiting several salons in search for a new stylist, I have found my new home at Planet Salon. The desk staff was professional and polite and took her time w me to help me find the perfect stylist to fit me....and she did. These people have it together. Thanks!!!! I'll see you soon.

Fabulous Salon - Ask for Tom!

Been going to this Salon for a few years now and have never been disappointed. On my fist viist my appointment just happened to be with Tom. I found him to be extremely professional and very talented. He listens to what I want and always delivers. If you are in the market for a new salon and stylist, I'd recommend Tom at Planet Salon!

Horrible and Unprofessional

My cut was horrible and the color even worse. I went back to have it fixed by somebody else with more experience and it was still horrible. I ended up spending over $100 at another salon that was able to fix Planet Salon's mistakes. The stylists dress unprofessionally, they talk about things clients shouldn't hear, it's not the upscale place the pretend to be. Also, good luck getting figuring out the stylists real experience. They have all these meaningless levels of designers. DON'T GO THERE!

5 star for Billie!

A few months ago, I came in as a walk in to Planet Salon in Hamburg. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and was also upfront about the level of stylists and different pricing per level. I was fortunate that Billie had the only available opening! I was looking for a drastic change and wanted a knowledgable and honest opinion and I found that in Billie. He cut almost 10 inches from my hair, which would send most people into shock! I LOVE THE NEW STYLE! He explained what he was going to do and made sure that I was on board for it, without trying to convince me if I seemed unsure. He wanted to make sure I was comfortable with what he was about to do and that in itself made me comfortable. I have sent a few referrals his way, who have been pleased with his work and, just yesterday, brought a friend in who was looking for a drastic change herself. Honestely, I could care less about the atmosphere of the salon, as long as my stylist is good. But I find Planet Salon to be friendly and comfortable, so that makes it a bonus. Thanks Billie!

I have been coming to Planet for years. I have gone to a couple stylist there and I have never been let down. I'm their number 1 fan. I have told all my friends about the salon and how up-to-date the stylist are. Keep up the great work!!!!!

Just plain bad.

I have been to Planet Salon for years. It is not what it used to be. I know they have lost tons of stylists. I have been to three different people in the last three visits. It is not worth the risk. The desk people are rude, and the people they have in he salon are not busy and very new to hair styling.. It doesn't cut the mustard, or should I say, cut the hair correctly anymore. What bothers me the most, is how they dance around letting you know what experience a stylist has. Very unprofessional. Stay Away!

No More Bad Hair Days!!!

I recently had my hair cut and colored at planet salon by my new favorite stylist, Kara Myers. She gave me a very thorough consultation. I honestly had no clue what to do with all my hair but Kara helped me figure out a style that suited me and my lifestyle. She came up with a color that I was a little nervous about but she made me feel confident that it would turn out beautiful and it did!! She also taught me how to fix my hair at home myself with the tools that I already had so that my hair would look just as good as it did the day I left the salon. I highly recommend Planet Salon and Kara Myers if you are having a bad hair day!

Bad Taste. Won't be back.

Let me be clear. I ONLY went to Planet Salon to see Zach. I was referred by a friend and went. I have never had a problem with the salon, until now. I want to know what gives Planet Salon the right to be so deceitful. Zach has left Planet Salon. I knew he was going to. However, I received TWO letters from the salon, and even a phone call letting me know all the FREE stuff they would give me if I didn?t follow Zach. How scandalous is that? Someone quits your salon and you go after his clients. I called Planet Salon. The Girl at the desk said she had no idea where Zach had gone. That is a blatant lie. After finding Zach at his new salon, he explained that he had informed the owners of his whereabouts?INSANE. Planet Salon is dishonest. What more can I say?
