Horrible customer service.
I've ordered from WZ on a few occasions via their website. On July 30th I placed a $40 order online for a small group of friends. I live 3 miles from their store. After 1.5hrs and no food I call the local store. They tell me its on the vehicle out for deliver. 1hr 45min later still no delivery. I call the CORPORATE office and they start taking a _survey_ and follow up with 'im sorry you had a bad experience'. At this point theyve stolen $40 from me and never delivered food and the corporate office doesnt give a crap about this. Finally after 2hrs the food arrives with no believable excuse about being backed up in the kitchen. The following monday I call the corporate office and raise hell and to this day they have STILL NOT reimbursed me or sent me any make-up coupons. The general manager claims there is nothing he can do and that I have to talk to the owner who only comes in a couple hours a day. The owner refuses to call me back or take my calls! Take your business elsewhere!
