Kathy is GREAT! The service is incredible. She gives the owners excellent explanations and works with the dogs until they are comfortable. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I'm not sure what Nicole2121 is talking about. I don't think there has EVER been a boy who works there. Perhaps she is thinking of a different groomer. There are a few close by.

Wonderful People!!!. I took my 160lb Rottweiler to Kathy today to get a bath and his nails cuts. My Baby has never been to a groomer before and they were Wonderful!! Kathy and Melissa babied Luger and loved on him the whole time. Kathy even sat in the floor and my over sized baby sat right down in her lap! I have used groomers with past pets and families pets! I felt right at home and my dog got the best of care. I will go back and I have advised my friends to use Kathy as well! Thanks Kathy and Melissa!!!!

BAD BAD BAD!!!!. the people who work here are horrible. they were talking about how they hit a dog that wouldnt be quiet right in front of a customer. not to mention the boy hwo works there lokks high. its horrible!!!
