Stylists aren't fit to prune a hedge. I normally don't write reviews, but my experience with this place was so terrible I had to share it. I've been going to this place since it used to be Planet Salon years and years ago (back when it was actually good). I've been here over a dozen times in the last few years since it's so close to home and the experience has been nothing but consistently terrible.

They have a very high turnover rate - it seems like every few months they have new stylists because none are willing to stay. Every time I've made an appointment here they have NEVER been on time. I've had to wait 15-30 minutes which would be understandable once or twice but not EVERY single time. My mother had the same experience and had to wait 20 minutes when she went there a few months ago.

Their stylists are also not qualified to prune a hedge let alone work on someone's hair. On one occasion I asked for layers and ended up with something resembling a mullet. The last time I was there I asked for a simple blow out and ended up with hair that looked like it belonged on the cover of Grease. The lady at the front felt so bad for me that she charged me half price for it.

If you're looking for a cheap Great Clips style haircut for an inflated price - this is your place. If not, you are much much better off at any other salon.

Regis with a spa. I have been to the salon 5 times. Last time, Nikki cut my hair since I could not get in with Casey. I have spent more time in a chair at Supercuts when in college. She did not check her work. Casey has had 2 good and 2 poor cuts. He has difficulty listening to what you want and when given direction seems to become upset. I went back a few days after a poor cut and had to pay full price for a new cut. Price is not an issue for a good consistent cut. HELP!
