What was Lowes thinking by using such a so called company. I wished I would have checked them out prior to Lowes using them for a warranty repair item for me. Google Bobby Jones Electronics and see what you get. Terrible Service and a dryer that is lying on the floor apart and them not showing up again for the 6th time. They will not survive. Contacted Lowes and they will surely not use them anymore either. The names they give you are the same person and they must be surviving by warranty money from the larger companys. Well Lowes knows now so BJE get a real job.
