BRAVO!. WOW! I called Precision TV Repair at 4:30p.m. this afternoon to inquire about their services because I was having some probs w/ my 42" SONY rear projection LCD. Was wanting to schedule appointment for a diagnosis hopefully thinking they would be able to come out within a few days. LISTEN TO ME CAREFULLY! THEY HAVE ALREADY REPAIRED MY TV! IT'S LIKE 8 P.M. SAME DAY AND MY TV IS FIXED! NEED I SAY MORE.BRAVO! BRAVO! My technician's name was Daniel and I would like to give him the highest recommendation to anyone looking for TV repair.

Great Experience. After purchasing a very expensive television from an electronics store, it broke down within the warranty. Precison TV was the authorized service repair center and did a professional repair on our set. I was very happy with their service and would certainly use them both in and out of warranty. The part was on back order from the manufacturer but they worked with me and the manufacturer to find the part elsewhere. I have recommended them to other people and would certainly vuse their service again. Being in the service industry myself I felt they were sympathetic in my unhappiness and frustration at being without a tv.

excellent service from start to finish. Daniel, a technician for Precision, did a great job, and my experience with Precision has been excellent. I called and left a message on Wednesday, talked with Precision later that day, and made an appt. for Saturday morning.

As I was told, Daniel called an hour ahead, to confirm, and arrived right on time. He was very nice, pleasant, friendly, and professional the whole time. He stated that he owned the same TV that I have, except in a different size, so that gave me confidence, too.

He walked in, and within 30 seconds had the 55-inch Mitsubishi TV (manufactured 11-2002) acting perfectly, by fiddling with the buttons on the front of the TV. That told him that the buttons were the problem, which he stated was often the case.

He took the front of the TV apart, and tested the buttons. He replaced 5 of them which tested poorly. He also noted that the projection tubes on the inside of the TV had a good coat of dust, which he cleaned.

I asked him multiple questions, while he worked, just to learn from him, about this TV and buying new TVs, and he was very pleasant and educational.

He charged $300, which I thought was very fair, especially since I had read on the internet that repairs of TVs of this age and size can often be 2 or 3 times that. I had asked Precision, when I had talked with them on the phone, how much I might expect to pay, and they said that most of the time, it should be around $300 or less. Once again, very accurate and pleasing to me, especially considering how much a new TV could cost.

So, the TV is working perfectly, and the picture is as bright as brand new, since he cleaned it, also.

I could not be more pleased. I highly recommend them.

GREAT SERVICE. MIKE OF PRECISION TV REPAIR HAS FIXED MY 61 INCH PHILIPS TWICE AND I HAVE RECEIVED GREAT SERVICE EACH TIME, AND EACH TIME HE SHOWED ME WHAT WAS EXACTLY WHAT WAS WRONG AND HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE TO FIX THE ISSUE AND HE WAS RIGHT BOTH TIMES. AFTER I WASTED 300 ON ANOTHER TV REPAIR SERVICE, THAT CAME TO MY HOUSE 4 TIMES AND OVER TWO HOURS OR MORE EACH TIME AND TV STILL NOT CORRECT I FINALLY FOUND THE NUMBER TO PRECISION TV SO SO HAPPY AND GOT THE SAME PERSON THAT FIXED MY TV THE FIRST TIME, GREAT SERVICE AND GREAT JOB, WOULD REFER HIM TO ANYONE AND EVERYONE. HE EVEN PUT THE BUSINESS CARD ON THE BACK OF THE TV SO I WANT LOSE IT AGAIN .

Satisfied with service, prompt and professional. alled Precision TV repair for an In home service call for a 42 Hitachi Plasma, two guys showed up, helped unmount the TV from the wall, the problem turned out to just be an hook up issue and I was only charged the initial service call charge of $90. Technicians called 1/2 hour before coming as requested and where courteous and knowledgeable. Would use again in the future.

Thanks for the Help!. Was in town visiting my elderly father over the holidays, his newer Samsung plasma television went completely out, being that this is my fathers only means of entertainment it needed to be fixed or replaced fast, We were definitely not in any financial shape to replace the set for him. So we called Precision TV, they were able to come out the next day, TV works fine now, and was only a fraction of a replacement. Also the technician really helped my father understand a lot of the new features that his TV has that, in a way that he could understand, overall this was a great experience and saved a lot of money by repairing it as opposed to replacing.

Great Service Great Price. Called Precision TV Repair to help with my LG plasma, gentleman that I spoke to on the phone was very polite and knowledgeable, was able to give me some ideas of what may be wrong with my plasma, Also was able to get a technician out the same day and completed the repair at a fraction of the cost of a replacement, technician also helped with hooking up another set in the home at no charge. Thanks for saving my TV!! Just in time for the UK game.

Satisfied with service. This locally owned business is so nice and friendly. I've had problems with huge corporations like Best Buy and Wal-Mart because I felt like they didn't care about my problem with my TV and didn't want to help. This was not the case with Precision TV Repair. The lady on the phone was so nice when I described my problems and could give me a price range and diagnosis right there! They were so helpful and efficient. They were quick to fix the problem with my TV and because of that I never miss Grey's Anatomy or any of my TV shows!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!!

Extremley Helpful. I called these guys and told them what was wrong with my T.V. They immediately knew the brand of my T.V. and recommended a way to cure the problem myself before even mentioning a word about costs. I tried their method and fixed the problem myself and now I'm writing this review! First and only place I called and recieved true customer service instead of people trying to take my money! Very pleased!

Great Service Great Price. My 6 year old Panasonic flat screen HDTV stopped turning on. The first place I called said they do not make house calls because the TV was too small (had to be over 40 inches and mine was 32). So I called Precision TV. They came out the very next day to diagnose the problem .Turned out to be a fuse, and another component which he had with him. He had the problem fixed in less than 45 minutes. The total charge for this was an incredibly cheap $125. If I ever have a problem with any of my TV's again Precision TV will be the first and only ones I call. Great service, friendly, prompt and very reasonably priced.‎
