Buyer Beware. My husband and I came to PF Chengs and ate on Fathers day. I don't have any comment about the food, mine is about the server (although the food portions have declined). The server we had (Nicole Buckner) offered my husband a drink to go at the end of our meal. After waiting 10 minutes for it, we finally left without it. Upon doing my banking a couple days later, I noticed the amount on my bank account was different from what I had put on my receipt. Although, I had left an adequate tip on the receipt, the server decided it wasn't enough, and charged my card a different amount. I contacted the resturant and was refunded the amount she overcharged; however, I didn't feel like they did enough to rectify the situation. I would never return to this PF Chengs and would recommend that anyone paying with a credit/debit card double check they were only charged for what they wanted to be charged
Business as usual, and that's good..
I've been to numerous PF Changs around the U.S. and this one was one of the better ones. Our waiter was more than patient and the food turned out better than other locations I have been to. More fresh and bright. The wine/bar manager needs to rotate wine bottles better though. All of the wines we got were skunky and had been left open for too long. Nothing terrible but that was an obvious donwside.
I'd go again with my own bottle of wine.
Great Lunch Experience.
Our company had such a great experience there, I had to share it. We went for a team-building exercise. I picked PF's fairly randomly, but the manager (I'm not sure he was the manager, but working at the desk in front) was great! He didn't know ahead of time we were coming but I would have thought he did. He gave us lot of extra help, (had the idea of having the staff find the hidden pictures in the mural), and just seemed actually excited about helping with our whole experience. Everybody had a great time. We had a few weird seating requests and we ended staying forever, but PF Chang's handled all our needs beautifully.
The food was great, as always. Actually, we had a Chinese exchange student live with us for a year (from Nanjing), and we took him to every hole in the wall "authentic" Chinese food place in Lexington, and he said PF Chang's was the most like his food in china. Who knew?
Great food, great service, great atmophere. I'm going back today. Yum!
French?. First I would recommend you go during the week. You will still have to wait but not as long as on the weekend. 20 min. vs. 1 hr. and 20 min.! Our service was very knowledgeable of the menu! The calamari was not the best I have had but it was good seasoned with salt and pepper! The Dahli chicken was spicy but not overpowering! Make sure you try a vegetable! The Buddah's Feast or the green beans perhaps!
