good prices but HORRIBLE service

I bought a mattress set from them a few months ago and made the appt to pick it up. I wasn't familiar with the area and got stuck in rushed lunch traffic trying to find my turn and was only 10 min late for the pick up time, only to find the place locked up and empty. I called to see where the were and where I was supposed to put the truck, and they were rude over the phone and said I was late without calling ahead so they had already left. In other words, because I didn't go digging around my car to find the phone number and go typing it into my cell while in rush traffic, I had to wait in the parking lot for almost an hour for them to come back. When they did show up, they just threw the mattress set into the truck bed and shut the hatch with no motion to help adjust it or tie it down. I regret making that purchase, and I definitely will NOT be going back.
- Pros: prices
- Cons: service, availability
Saved $425 on furniture

I bought a kitchen table, a leather sofa and saved $425 on them. They're only open on the weekend, and are very busy but it was well worth the wait and furniture was delivered the next day. My wife is obsessed with finding the best price, which led us to lexingtonoverstock(dot com). Will definately be returning.
- Pros: great prices, got furniture quick
- Cons: only open weekends
Wow! I didn't know this place existed!!

I found these guys online. They have a warehouse off Newtown Pike. They have great deals on mattress sets & furniture. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but they have some of the same furniture we saw at Burke Furniture & Havertys. The selection is a little limited, but we got a Pottery barn style Bedroom for $900, and we love it!! They were 2 brothers, and they were so helpful & nice. I highly recommend.
PS> They were fairly busy but I had neve rheard of them...am I just not hip anymore??
- Pros: Cool styles, great prices...really great prices
