Fantastic!. Misty loves to visit PetSuites. All of the staff know her by name and she wags her tail when walking in to stay. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable that I feel very safe leaving her in their care. The trainer lets us know which play times she likes the best so Misty can get the most out of her stay. Thank you for taking such fantastic care of Misty.

Above and Beyond our expectations. "My husband and I are extremely impressed and

very grateful to each of the wonderful associates in Lex. - Courtney initially gave us a very warm welcome tour and answered our endless questions and gave us all the assurances we desparately needed

since our baby girl had never been boarded (7 Yrs.) We want to especially thank Ally for going

above and beyond to help us each and every stay. We own our business and are extremely busy - and she has been a God send to us when needed.

Can't say enough about the care she received.... "I love my dog. And I do not trust her care to just anyone. When we were on vacation, I thought about her constantly and judging from her reaction when I picked her up, she missed me too. We had her groomed the day we picked her up, and she looked and smelled wonderful. But the best part is that she had no anxiety when we got home. She wasn't clingy or nervous. She went right back into her routine as if we had never left town. PetSuites was/is very clean and I truly believe that my baby was well cared for and loved every minute I was gone. We will definately send her to "camp" at PetSuites again and we most certainly recommend PetSuites highly to all of our friends. Thanks for giving us peace of mind and for taking care of her when we couldn't take her with us."

Clean and Friendly, My girl loves to visit.. I have boarded my dog at a few places in town and Petsuites is by far the best experience I have had. Anna's tail starts wagging when we turn off Man O War as if she knows where we are headed. The staff know her by name as soon as she walks in. That makes me feel good because I've had some bad experience at other places. She is always clean and happy to see us when we pick her up. I also like the idea of her getting playtimes outside. The staff told me they love to play with her because she has so much energy. I would strongly recommend using Petsuites.

Ridiculous prices. They charge $5 for a belly rub.

Seriously? The idea that I would leave my dogs with a company that's going to charge me for having someone play with them is insane. And the prices are high to begin with. Despite this being right in my neighborhood, I prefer to drive out Nicholasville Rd. to Hickman Creek where at least the staff loves dogs.

Horrible grooming. I took my cocker spaniel to Pet Suites for a shampoo, nail clipping, and hair cut. He was dropped off at 9 am at which time he had an appointment saying I wanted him to had the standard cocker cut. I returned at 2pm and he still was not ready. They said there were other in front of him and he was still not ready. Fine. When we picked him up at 6 pm I was furious. My cocker spaniel had NO hair. They had shaved every inch of his body. His skirt was gone. His legs were cut to done to the bone. His back was so short I could see the freckles on his skin. They had even knicked his nipples! They said he was matted and they had to cut him that short. This is dog that is groomed and brushed regularly and lives indoors. He is a cocker and has curly hair. There is a big difference between curly and matted. The staff was unapologetic. Take your pet somewhere else for grooming!
