DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. These idiots actually paint their apartments with water soluble paint. When you clean the walls the paint comes off and then they charge you. You have to have your carpet cleaned before you leave. They don't count that in their over-head. They changed their billing system and now charge every resident a fee because of the 'change'. They are over-priced for the "quality" and "service." If you rent here, make sure you are at least 3-5 years in a job. They can't wait to tell you when they would kick you out and sue you once you get down on your luck. They are also racist. Don't waste your time or hard-earned money!!!

Never Live here...... Not only will you NOT get your security deposit back - but you will be charged for other maintenence costs out of your control, such as carpet damage. The walls leaked and caused water spots on the carpet. I complained several times and actually was stepping out of bed into water at one point. The staff was rude and unresponsive. After moving out they charged me $500 for carpet replacement - then turned it over into collections even after receiving my letter stating the situation and my multiple concerns about water damage. NEVER LIVE HERE, please trust me on this. Management is dull and rude.
