I am so glad we found Dr. B. He is the
only vet I would trust with my pets. Last year our Brittney Spaniel ate/swallowed an ALE8 metal bottle cap. She had had a fascination with them for as long we have lived in our apartment. (which is directly across the street from Dr. B's office) Of course, like any animal parents, we were beside ourselves with grief and nerves. Dr. B and his staff took great care of her. The surgery was a success. They were kind and gentle in the process and walked us through what was probably the most nerve wracking time of our lives. (I have since banned ALL glass bottles with metal caps from my apartment) They took my numerous phone calls, provided detailed instructions on what we should be doing in preparation of her return home, and allowed us to visit her twice a day (during store hours and after store hours). I literally left their office in tears after her surgery was a success. I was so happy to have such wonderful, caring people to help walk us through her recovery.

I couldn't ask for a better vet. Dr. B.
takes care of his people clients as well as he takes care of his animal clients. He and his fabulous staff give us their full attention while we're there, take care of my animals like they were their own, and provide comfort when it's needed. I've seen him go far beyond the call of duty so many times, I've lost count. After so many years of having him care for my furkids, I feel like he and his staff are part of my family, and they certainly make me feel like I'm part of theirs.

Wonderful people. Highly recommend..
I found out about Dr. Bischoff and his staff after my dog developed a rare parathyroid condition and needed a rather complex procedure to recover. Dr. B and his staff worked overtime and closely monitored our dog in the weeks following her surgery. I felt that Dr. B and his staff had made a personal investment in the recovery of our dog. These are people that are in the veterinary business because they love animals. This is absolutely the best veterinary clinic I have ever seen and I highly recommend them.

Best Veterinary Clinic Around.
I've been taking my cat there ever since I got him declawed and neutered, which I found them as they were the only veterinary clinic that kept them for 3 days after being declawed. Recently I had to bring him in because of a flea infestation so bad that he was knocking on death's door. Dr. B wanted to send him to Southland Emergency Clinic, but because they require payment up front, I knew they wouldn't treat my cat so I begged Dr. B to do all they could for him. They gave him the uptmost care in the week that he was there, and my cat made a full recovery and is doing fine now.

Best vet in town.
I have witnessed Dr B and his staff with many pets. He has a special nack even when the pets are scared. I'd recommend him to anyone. His staff are very helpful even when a worried parent such as myself calls in just to check.

Kindest vet in town.
We have multiple pets and have been taking them to Dr. B. for years. No matter what the severity of the problem, he treats my pets as if they were his own. His staff is pleasant, professional and helpful. And my cats, who usually are cranky around strangers, actually enjoy being boarded at the Clinic. I would recommend Dr. B and his team to anyone (and often do!)

Wouldn't trust them to save my dog's life.
I had an emergency situation with a dog on the side of the road, I tried to take the dog to the closest vet. Upon arriving I suppose they had five minutes till going home and they refused the animal treatment and suggested I drive down to the vet that stays open all night on southland drive. In rush hour this took at least 30 mins. I don't know if the dog made it or not but I think too many times some people are in the wrong business. Isn't there a code of ethics for these people that call themselves healthcare providers.
