Alycia - Worst management I have seen, - even for blockbuster. Lied and told customers they would receive free rentals and refused to fix their mistakes. What began as an honest misunderstanding from upper management showed how little this individual knows about the customer service involved in being a manager. instead of passing the blame and being stubborn, resolve a situation and move on with your life!
