Excellent at burning crust!

I dont know what has happened to this place I used to get good pizzas here, but when i told them about how dark brown/black the bottom of the crusts were (tough as shoe leather) on two different occasions the answer was "it is on a timer we cannot change the way the crust is". Dont get me wrong they will replace the pizzas but that hardly fixes the problem when two more arrived burnt exactly the same. By the way I always tip.
I hope someone from corporate comes down and checks this out because i would love to have the old Papa Johns back.
- Pros: Used to be able to cook a pizza
- Cons: Now make great shoe leather pizzas
