Just Plain RUDE!. Seriously lacking in Customer Service Skills, Cleanliness, and Effective Communication Skills. However, if you like being treated like a dog by a rude, loud mouthed idiot, who clearly does not care if her business succeeds or fails, then this would be the place for you. A Very Disappointing Experience.
