Tavern Needs to Improve Service and it will be Great. Now I like the concept very much, watching a movie with more options than popcorn, nasty nachos, and soda. It is not the cheapest place, but that would be alright if the service was quality. The last 3 times I have been the service was so horrible. The last time the waiter just couldn't understand sprite for the life of himself. I got coke both times. On the 3rd try I walked it back to the bar myself. And even at the bar I had to wait forever to get it. The manager passed me leaving the movie with drink in hand and did not ask anything. I usually even try to go during the week when things are slow and it has just been awful. I like the concept so much I wish they would improve on the service more. I know we tip well when the service is good, Im not sure if the waiters are mad because the tips are not as good as regular restaurant serving, no clue, but if that is the case get a new job. I would not say boycott the place, but speak up. Maybe the mgr will do something if people tell them the service is poor. A few people saying something probably won't make a difference, but if you go and get poor service speak up! This could be an awesome place if they will try harder.
