This place is horrible!. The matinence spends all day watering fowers! I have been trying to get the same things fixed for 5 months. The apartments are overpriced by about 100.00 a month. I chose to live here because of the location and the fact that they are pet friendly, however everytime you walk outside you step in dog messes or are harrased by he neighbors barking beast hat no matter how many times you complain about, nothing ever happenes. The office staff is incompitent, the office manager is rude and has no idea what she is doing. Insted of replacing the roofs in the buildings (shingles are laying all over after a small gust of wind. My car has been scratched by them many times.) they have decided to plant the most horrifying plants in the worst places. A dead tree has been laying in the yard at the main entrance for two weeks now. They have about 300 apartments, however the pool will accomidate 20. The hot tub has not worked since I moved in! I WILL NOT be renewing my lease! I am acctualli trying to get out of it sooner.

Please, save your self! Don't live here!

Worst Apartments. Maintance keeps entering my apartment even after repeated verbal and written letters telling them not too enter unless it is an emergency. The office staff is constantly changing and full of excuses

Basic but good value. Great people, great location. The apartments are a little on the old side but have been very well maintained.
