Not nearly enough employees

My husband and I have had nothing but horrible experiences here, and we refuse to give them business any longer. Aside from the greeters, the employees rarely speak or smile (they never say hello or thank you). The check out lines are always a 20 minute or more wait, and there will be 2 lanes out of 25 open. There are never employees in the areas where they're needed (no one to mix paint in housewares, for example), so you have to wait a LONG time to get any assistance in specialty areas of the store. It's worth the little extra $ you might spend at Kroger to save yourself SO much time getting in and out, plus the employees seem a lot more competent.

• Pros: Good selection, clean store, greeter is nice
• Cons: long lines, rude employees, not enough employees, incompetent employees and managment
