Fred Peters is the worst of the worst. AVOID!!!

Fred showed me a basement apartment, and promised repairs and cleanings by move-in date. After being repeatedly late throughout the process, and uncontactable, he shows up on move-in day LATE with the keys and the apartment was still UNCLEANED!

He threw a fit when I said I wanted it cleaned, and he said I was just looking for an excuse to get out of it. He started yelling and got belligerent, that is until I explained my military record and fighting experience.

Then he tried being polite again, but continued his under-breath comments. He's lucky he didn't get more than he bargained for.

AVOID at all costs, Fred Peters is a crook, a thief, and a SLUM LORD.

NEVER seek out his services; you will be sorry if you do.

Use caution

my experience goes back about 10 hrs ago. I had a warrant for a bad check from 5 years before (went through a divorce and had kept same # and did a mail forward...but thatnis beside the point. I was wrong!) anyway, my husband thought I needed an attorney..... He called Fred Peters. He was so late to my arraignment I was finished. Judge set my bail and out I went. He went aheadandgave me my fine right then and there. Fred no where around. He said they started court early.WHATEVER! He was no use and still charged me for this! Heck I took care of it myself!

Mr. Peters has represented my children on my behalf and has done an excellent job at a reasonable charge. I would not hesitate to contact him again for any legal or criminal representation needed. My brother is a corporate attorney and usually defers me to my most trusted sources. Fred Peters is my most trusted source. I appreciale all he has done.
