Christ Church Apartments is a well-managed, low-income senior housing complex with 168 units. I have lived here for a year and all my appliances work, needed repairs are done almost immediately, staff goes out of their way to be helpful and I feel grateful to have a place like this to live in downtown Lexington. We can walk to the Kentucky Theater, to the public library, to UK and to many other cultural venues in downtown Lexington.
