Employee theif. While staying at this hotel with a church group visiting for a lectorship, MONEY was STOLEN out of our hotel room!!! The cash was in my wallet when we left that morning to go on a tour of the city- my mom suggested I put my purse in my suitcase and zip it up so it would be out of sight. The theif had to OPEN my suitcase and go through my stuff looking for something to steal!! We left that morning around 8:00 and arrived backaround 4 pm, which leads me to believe it was the cleaning crew or some other employee with a master key. What is worse is that I have called the hotel 5 times and the manager has yet to return my phone call!!!! I finally reported it with the front desk and she said someone would call back, but no one has.
