was PERFECT. I found Michael here on Citysearch because it is close to where I work - he and his receptionist are very friendly - made me feel welcome - did a GREAT JOB on my hair - which is very straight, very thick and coarse - Michael is a lifesaver. I loved the intimacy of his private shop; much better than the cookie cutter boutiques where the beauticians are too busy talking to each other instead of their client. I will MOST definitely return . . . and recommend to everyone I know.
