Nice and Friendly Apartments

These apartments are very nice and actually pretty spacious for being so cheap. The utilities aren't included in the price but with the thick brick walls and heavy doors they stay pretty insulated, so throw in some energy efficient light bulbs and you wont end up paying too much for utilities. There are washer and dryer hook ups in each apartment which is nice, but there is also a laundry facility on site.

The office staff is always friendly and has been very helpful to us. They love animals (cats and small dogs are allowed), send us christmas cards, and stop by for routine check ins to make sure everything is working fine. Our neighbors are mostly families and some college students but everyone we have met has been polite and friendly.

The parking is a little tight but I've never had trouble finding a spot. Half of the apartments have gas stoves and heating, the other half have electric. There are both 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments available. Overall, I really like this place and I've enjoyed living here.
