Great place for service and products

I've shopped at the Scabbard for a few years whenever I need RPG products. Whether it be a D&D book, tiles or miniatures they're always friendly and knowledgable about the products they sell.

I've only been to a couple of events that have been held there, but the owners and staff are always friendly and willing to help us out, let us use dice, pens or whatever we need that they happen to have on hand.

Great place, great staff.

• Pros: Helpful and knowledgable staff, super friendly
• Cons: None that I can think of

Go Somewere else

This place is nasty, dirty, the prices are outrageous, the staff doesnt even know anything about the things they sell. The staff is also rude & doesnt reserve tables for you properly. After about 6 months of putting up with our tables that we would play at the same time every week being given away without an apology, we stoped going here.

• Pros: Its the only game store in town, if that would be called a pro. Better then not having one.
• Cons: Not really a customer service atmosphere at all. After regular visits you wont like going. Also very creepy employees
