Disgusted Customer. I am EXTREMELY disappointed in the service I received from the local store - even though the girl that checked me out was very nice. Half of the lab coats I tried on had makeup/foundation stains on them. I had my lab coat sent away to be embroidered and it took FOUR WEEKS to have it returned. A classmate of mine bought her coat a week after me and got it back a week before. This is highly unacceptable. When I called the store to complain, I got no answer -- the posted hours are wrong. I called again in the afternoon and was told the manager was at home(?) and that the delay in turnaround was not the store's fault and there was nothing they could do about it. At the time of purchase, I had received verbal affirmation that it would take about two weeks, no more than three... FOUR WEEKS is completely unacceptable - as well as the manager's attitude. I am never shopping at that store again.
