Make Your Complaints To These Places About A Refund

I've been ripped off by Georgian Portraits on Allendale Drive in Lexington Ky three times in the last 5 years. I paid by moneyorders and this is how they keep from doing refunds and keep money. The payment is not through a bank account where you can do payment reversal when you don't get your picture order. The schools just keep on using this problem place to do important school pictures and I don't understand why, there are other picture business places that have done school pictures over the years at my 3 kids schools and they do great compared to Georgian Portraits and they cost about the same. I've complained to the schools and to the school board, they need to hear about your complaints everyone. I've also contacted my local BBB all 3 times they kept my money and I received no pictures, Georgian Portraits never respond to them or me about the BBB complaints, but the BBB still need to hear from you to keep current info on this bad business. So complain officially in writing to local BBB, your schools and your school board. Here is the main place to make a effective complaint on this bad business, online at ic3/gov , Because Georgian Portraits business advertises it's picture business and advertises to get business on the internet you can make a complaint here. Hang on to your receipts and any paper work you have about your bad transaction because you'll need it. You know they are'nt going to quit advertising their business and for business on the internet. I've been into the Georgian Portraits business in Lexington Ky on Allendale drive in person 2 times lately and spoke with the man who actually did my childs senior pictures and senior graduation commencement pictures. He's the one who takes the pictures, he developes them, he takes the orders and payments, and mails out the picture orders. And I still could'nt get a refund, and he does know what he's doing keeping our money and not giving refunds people. Make your complaints to these places everyone.

Can someone tell me if they are even open anymore? Now one answers the phone number I have. They are never in the office and they owe me money!!!!!

My daughter's senior pictures

I sent in an order on May 12 so that I could receive my daughter's pictures within 4-6 weeks. I also had to pay a $6.00 shipping and handling fee. This company sent my check through in 2 days but I have yet to receive my order!!! I've called to complain and never get anyone on the phone. I always have to leave a message. The first time I called they called back the next day a left a message telling me they would include a free sheet of pictures. They still never came and two more weeks went by. I called again and in their next message they said I should have them by Friday July 3 or Monday July 6. I called Tuesday the 7th and told them if I didn't get them by the 8th, I want a refund. I've gotten no response and still no pictures!!!! I wanted to send them in her graduation party invitations. They better give me a refund.
