Roto Rooter Fixed the Clog but.... I called roto rooter to clear a clog in my kitchen sink. I tried a 25' snake and couldn't reach it.

Roto Rooter was out within an hour and got to work. They used their 50' snake and removed a lint ball 45' down the line. The worker was very clean and used covers on his shoes while walking through the house. Also, he gave suggestions on things to do to help avoid the situation in the future.

When he left, I placed a bucket under the sink trap just in case it leaked again. I'm sure glad I did, today I pulled the bucket out and there was water and curdled milk in it. I went and checked and the worker had not tightened the collars on the trap. This caused a slow leak. The problem was easily fixed by tightening the collar on the pipe, however, this could have been a very smelly and wet issue in our basement below if we had not caught it.

All in all, the Roto did a good job on the clog, but made a slip up on the drain. We all make mistakes and I'm sure it's not a regular occurrence.

Drain Line. We have a drain pipe in our basement that has stopped up in the past creating a wet mess. Called for peace of mind. Brian was there within the time I was told. Very personable, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. He got right to work and explain what was going on what needed to be done. Cleaned out the pipe and took his time in doing so. Told me how to keep it running clear and provided treatment liquid. I had him investigate a couple of our toilets to find what needed to be done to make them flush better. Brian was very careful during his work and cleaned up as he went along. Great job Brian! I highly recommend this Roto-Rooter. Will use them again if we need to.

Great response time and very helpful. My husband and I were greeted with a seemingly random overflowing and gurgling toilet one evening around 10pm. We called Roto Rooter and they were at our home within half an hour. The technician had to run a line into our home from the clean out pipe outside. The clog finally gave way after about an hour of working at it. The technician also inspected our other drains and the piping in our crawl space. He advised us on why our drains are clogging (old and corroded piping) and how to minimize problems until we're able to get them replaced with more modern materials. All in all, very helpful and didn't charge us a premium for the call being so late, which I was a little worried about!

What a life saver!. I called Roto-Rooter because I had sewage water backing up in my garage. They offered to come out that night at midnight but since I live in a townhouse complex I figured my neighbors would not appreciate the noise. The plumber, Brian, came the next morning and went through the options with me. He explained the process in detail and kept me up to date during his time at my house. Brian was super efficient, friendly and even did some cleanup for me. I would certainly recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone in the Lexington area. If I need service in the future they will be my first call!

Best Service I ever had!. Roto-Rooter on Big Run Road Lexington KY absolutely ROCKS! Derrick (Derrick 110) represented your company as a Class Act A+ technician. Polite. Informative - after locating the area of sewage clog he explained what needed done. Provided the cost beforehand. Took care to help limit any mess and cleaned up afterwards. Enthusiastic and positive the entire time. This man is an example of what a top technician is in todays' service world. He did your company proud.

Roto-Rooter 2/27/12. We were very impressed with everything Roto-Rooter. After a failed attempt by my father to fix a leaky shower the damage was done. Roto-rooter was able to come in and save our shower. They gave a truely free quote--all the way to Georgetown from Lexington. When most promised a free estimate but a $35 travel fee. They were friendly and professional. I would be happy to use them again and recommend them to our friends and family. Great services from outstanding plumbers!!!!

Roto-Rooter Plumbing 2/23/12. I called Roto_Rooter from Lexington when my Kitchen sink was making a gurgling sound. The 2 plumbers came out and within an hour things were fine! They gave me suggestons on keeping the line clear. I never felt that they were pressuring me to use their services. I would gladly use them again and recommend them to friends.

Plumber Lexington Roto-Rooter. Roto-Rooter Plumbers here in Lexington are so terrific. Their calls are answered promptly and they have service personnel out usually in less than an hour! They are courteous, professional, knowledgeable and always explain everything they find and need to do in language I can understand. I receive value for my money and am thankful they are here to serve Lexington!

Great Service!. I was completely happy with the service I received. They were here on time, very friendly and prompt in their work. I will use Roto-Rooter again and would recomend them for any plumbing needs.
