Incompetent Staff. Other than the Manager, Clark, the staff is not properly trained in customer service. We put in an order (2 suits, each $600) over 3 weeks ago and have NOT received one phone call. No follow-up whatsoever. My husband had to call this evening and the woman who answered was utterly rude and incompetent. She refused to look up his order to see if it was ready.

Not only is the staff untrained but the fitting rooms smell awful. I dare you to go here -- good luck.
