These apartments look ok until you move in. Then you realize after it's too late that they are noisy and stinky. The odor problem is particularly bad in regard to cigarette smoke and cooking. You can tell what your neighbors are having for every meal.

You hear every step taken in the apartment above yours. And if you live in a building with children or dogs you hear a lot of noise from the hallways. The walls rattle when people climb the hallway stairs and slam the front door.

The new manager is the best manager we've had since I've been living at this complex, about 6 years. But their are some things she just can't fix.

So unless you smoke or don't mind the smell/health hazards of secondhand smoke, and being a little too familiar with what your neighbors are doing, I would keep looking.

• Cons: Noisy, stinky, and laundry room is below par

Decent place for the $$$.

The manager is hot, I wish she'd look me up some time.
