The Moon is changing for the better!!!

I recently went to the Moon and found out that there are new owners that seem to understand that some improvements needed to be made. First the place is cleaner and the fun is coming back. The bartenders there are really fun and cool . They make a good drink too!!!!!!The dance club atmosphere is really exciting there and it is a fun spot for the weekend nights. Lets all rally around the new owners and get us a club where we can all get together on Friday and Saturday nights and PARTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Atmosphere ... unlike anthything else in Lexington.

A true night club experience. An extremely professional and proficient run club with an eclectic and versatile clientele. A very rare experience in such a small town. Highly recommend this establishment.

WANNABE DANCE CLUB

Is this club naming itself "Paparazzi" now, or is it called "The Moon" or is the title still "Blue Moon Saloon?" It seems they have tried to improve and enhance the club experience with a slightly new decor; such as lighted poles; pathetic excuses for pole dancers,(why are there pole dancers -is this a strip joint in disguise?) and turning the stage into a seating area where people are allowed to sit only at the discretion of the bouncer. Alas, upon close inspection it is still the same pitiful old club; smelling offensively (especially the toilets) and with a mostly terrible selection of music and an even smaller dance floor. Also deserving mention, are the reserved tables, which usually remain empty! Why can't someone open a TRUE dance club in this town? Oh, I forgot - it IS Lexington after all!

Trashy night on the town!

I've only had fun here when I went with a huge group of girls. Music is ok I guess but the clientele is not the most attractive. Nasty bathrooms and expensive drinks.

Only TRUE nightclub in Lexington

This place is probably the only real nightclub in the city and the best place to have a good time. No other dance club in the city can compare to this place. The drinks are good, the scene is good, the music is good, and they have great DJs. The sound system and light show are both impressive for Lexington as it seems most bars and clubs in the city would have no any idea about. This place was packed but not unbearably crowded.
