To Our Customers. Dear Customer(s),

We certainly apologize for your inconvenience. Our shop is currently a one-person-show. We may sometimes be closed if we catch the dreaded flu that everyone else in town has: we don't want to share it with your children! We are also very customer service oriented. We may run out during the day for a few minutes to mail a customer's gift to a loved-one that lives far away, or take their new purchase to be monogrammed in time for that special holiday or occasion.

Please don't hesitate to contact our shop first if you are disappointed in something. I believe you will always be pleasantly surprised at Animal Crackers. We are a growing business and invite all of customers to embark on that journey with us: it's sure to be a wonderful ride.

Sorry, we're closed. I am new to the area and hate shopping at malls. I have two daughters and am always looking for new interesting clothes for them. I happened to be in the area for a meeting and I noticed Animal Crackers. I tried to stop in, but I noticed it was closed. A little odd, considering it was 2pm on a Thursday. I do not live on that part of town so on another day I made a special trip across town with infant and toddler in tow and the store was still CLOSED!

I looked and there were normal business hours posted and I arrived within those hours and the store was closed. Apparently the store had not been open in some time because there were several UPS stickers on the door as well. Given the age of my kids and the time it takes to go across town I cannot risk making a special trip to only discover that Animal Crackers will once again be closed.
