Glad we did

Wonderful experience! We'd been looking around town at some used Cadillac SRXs and on a whim we stopped at James Motor Company where Tony Brusante showed us a certified used Mercedes GLK. I'm so glad we stopped because I didn't know much about the GLK, but I absolutely fell in love with it! I'm truly happy! Tony was great to work with -- low pressure and knowledgeable. From now on James Motor Company will be the first place we shop for a car.

I found the car that was right for me and a salesman who helped me buy the car for what I could afford. I have been looking for a car since 1/2011 from Concinatti to Nashville and I found it 5 miles away from home. Tony was very good to work with. He understood what kind of a buyer I was and got the job done smoothly and quickly. I appreciate a salesman that makes it easier to buy a car.

In December 2010, my husband and I had a hard time agreeing on what car to purchase. We had narrowed our choices down to two different vehicles. In the end, it truly came down to customer service. We had an amazing salesperson at James Motors who answered many questions on more than one visit. He went above and beyond, without being pushy, to help us. A big "shout out" to John Wayne (how could I ever forget this name). Thanks so much!
