Very caring and understanding. Recently, I had to take a pet of mine here under what were very difficult circumstances. At the time, she was very sick and old, and in the end, had to be put to sleep. Dr. Headley was very understanding, yet at the same time very honest about the situation.

He has a way of explaining medical conditions and terminology in a way that all of us can understand. At the same time, he is very patient and will answer any questions you may have, without wanting to rush off to another appointment.

Although my first experience with this clinic was sad in the fact that I had to say goodbye to a dear friend, I must say that I was blown away by the care offered by this clinic. And not just with the doctor himself, but with all other employees I encountered there.

Needless to say, I came away very impressed and would recommend this as an option to any pet loving person looking for a place to care for their animal.

The best veterinarians on the planet. My dogs and cat have been patients of Dr. Headley for well over 10 years and more recently patients of Dr. Piercy. I have lived all over the US and I have never received the care that I have received here. They are extremely caring and knowledgeable in the treatment of my pets and caring and sympathetic with me when I have encountered a serious pet health problem. They are willing to get on the phone and talk with other veterinarians in other states to explore options and different forms of treatment for more unique cases. The staff is also caring, friendly and efficient. The prices are reasonable.

too busy. Went there twice after moving here and both times they could not seem to keep the records straight, made me jump through hoops to merely get some heartguard. The Dr. assisted me after I basically told the vet tech I was leaving and never coming back, which I appreciated, but I still had to ask twice to get a copy of my records. I'm sure the vets are highly qualified and it's in a convenient location for me but I simply can not deal with how disorganized the administrative staff is so I just can't take my dogs there. I went to an extremely busy vet clinic near Northwestern U. in Chicago for 18 years and never witnessed the kind of disarray I did there. It's a disappointment.
