If you want honesty this is where you need to be!. Being an independent woman, looking after my family's needs also in charge of our vehicles I am so happy and relieved to have been turned on to this repair shop. I have three Hondas and have had so many headaches with other repair shops. Not knowing if they are telling me the truth. I had a friend tell me about Auto Alternative. I decided to try them out. Katie, the Service Manager was very eager to meet me at the door with my first name on her lips. (Just from making the appt) She listened to my concerns without once saying anything bad about any other shops that I have been too. (That alone impressed me) She could sense my apprehension and with that she took me to the shop and introduced me to the technician that would be looking at my car. I was shocked to be standing in front of lovely young woman in a tech uniform. Katie stated that Beth would be looking into my issues for me and to please feel free to ask her any questions you may have. I know I looked silly standing there with my jaw hanging but I said no questions at the moment thank you. Fast forward to end of day and end of service.

Beth explained everything to me so well that when I left I felt like I had had an engine 101 class! I was able to explain to my husband exactly what was wrong and what was needed without falter. I was also given a priority list of what needed attention first and told what could wait. I truly felt like these two women cared for me, cared for my car and cared for my family that would be riding in the car. Needless to say Auto Alternative has earned a loyal customer for life! I tell everyone I can about them. They also have this referral service that if one of my friends goes there the shop gives me and my friend $ off next service just for sending someone their way. I don
