Not a Homerun

First of all if your not familiar with the Hamburg area you might have a hard time finding it. I hate to say it but I'm not sure if it is worth the hassle. I was excited about trying the bison, so I ordered the Bison Kansas City Strip medium well w/ baked potato and country style green beans. The 1st time they brought me the steak it was rare. The 2nd time it might have been close to medium. So I ate around the edges and decided I would take the rest home and finish cooking it myself. The baked potato wasn't hot and the sweet tea was weak. The green beans were the only thing I can say was good. I would have thought with Ted Turner being a millionaire he might have ran a better restaurant. I guess it was a bad sign when I saw that the cooks were wearing t-shirts and ballcaps, while they stuffed there faces with french fries. Probably not a good idea for Ted to have an open kitchen. The wait staff was dressed nice and were very friendly. If you go you may want to try one of there bison burgers. Also they have powder soap in the restroom.
