HORRIBLE GROOMER!!!. This groomer is horrible. She will make your dog look choppy and doesn't listen to your instructions on how you like your dog cut. She was 30 minutes late showing up in the morning when she told me to bring my dog in. I was late for work trying to wait on her. She also does not take credit cards and she makes you make the check out to her personally instead of to the business.

A little ruff on the outside, but very NICE and CLEAN inside!!!. I was impressed with this shop. Karen is an excellent groomer, and very knowledgeable in the pet industry. Plus, the price she charged me for grooming my shi-tzu was very fair. I certainly will be back with my little Kim-kim.
