My husband and I had hoped to enjoy a nice weekday lunch here by using our GROUPON voucher. The voucher had expired for the promotional value, however, as everyone knows and is clearly stated on the voucher, you can still use the certificate for face value of what you paid towards your purchase. We were hoping to use the $9 towards our lunch. Unfortunately, the man behind the counter, who I can only assume was the manager/owner, refused to accept the voucher stating that it had expired. We agreed that yes it was no longer valid for the 2 lunch buffets with drinks, but we would like to use the $9 we paid towards the cost of our lunch. He said he couldn't and was very patronizing by showing us the date on the voucher and the current date on the calendar behind the register. I very nicely said that I very well understood what day it was however, it stated that we were entitled to the $9. He refused again and when we said that this was no way to treat customers, he shrugged his shoulders and turned his back on us and took a phone call on a cell phone. Extremely disappointed and have already contacted Groupon for a refund with explicit instruction that we will not even want them to resolve the issue with the restaurant. Don't know if the food is good, but when the customer service is that atrocious, it doesn't really matter.

BEST Pizza Anywhere. Their pizza is the best by far and the sandwiches are great too! I love to take my kids here as they love the owner. The drive over from Lexington is beautiful and it's a fun way to spend and evening. If you haven't been yet, run don't walk!
