bad haircut. I just had my hair done on Saturday. Was looking for a new person since my recent move to the area. All I can say was I had to leave quick because I thought I was going to break down in tears. My hair was cut way too short and I absolutely hate it. I already had the length I wanted, just needed a perm for texture and to get the dead ends off. Now I have curly hair and not enough to style the way I like to when I do. Have to pull it tight to even put it up which is the only way I want to wear it right now. I really liked the girl but can;t emphasize how disappointed I was and now I am stuck with a haircut I hate and not enough length to do anything with. I've never left a salon feeling bad about myself. This was a first.

Aug.26,2010. My experience at Joli was exceptional! The Make My Day special was just that thanks to all the wonder staff at Joli, you did just that. From the time I enter the beautiful Salon until I left my experience with Joli was Great! I will be back!

overrated. this salon is overrated (as are most in lex). too pricey. my pedi lasted 25 minutes - - $50!!! and i was the only client in the salon, so whats the hurry?! the place was crammed with everything, couldnt relax. felt claustrophobic.
