Woodland Salon Rocks. Susan is wonderful! My hair color has never looked so good. Thanks to the entire staff for being so kind, caring and talented!

Worst salon experience. I came in and one of the first few things that happened is they let a DOG in the salon that was just running all over the place...the woman doing my hair pet the dog before and started washing my hair immediately after. I was horrified. Throughout the haircut, I repeatedly had to tell her what I wanted and how I didn't want her to cut anymore off at a certain point..(she couldn't even remember my name and called me by a different name, not as big a deal, but kind of rude) and she just kept going. We got to the end product and I completely hated it. It was not anything like the picture I had showed her, it wasn't even the same length on both sides of my head. This is the worst cut I have ever had. I AM VERY dissatisfied not only with the cut but the fact that they had an ANIMAL in their salon and their receptionist was not friendly in the slightest. Needless to say, I will never be going back here.
