I have had a professional and personal relationship with Jason Hagen and others as MSI Lending, MSI Financial and World Group Securities for several years. I have been extremely impressed with the professional attitude and demeanor of MSI, both in matters in which I have been personally involved and matters in which I have been professionally involved. MSI's personnel are knowledgeable, personable and detailed. MSI's technological expertise allows its customers to receive prompt and timely feedback and information as to available products, be it mortgage loans, property and casualty insurance or securities.

I would like to extend my appreciation to Jason Hagen and staff at MSI Lending. This has been my second loan with Jason and I have always been provided exception service and the best rates they could get me. We experienced some problems with a lender that had refused to release requested information. I had reached a point where I could not get them to move. Jason stepped up and worked with me to get the documents we needed to close the loan and get a great rate. In fact ...there were a couple of times we spent a few hours on the phone just trying to talk to the right people. I will do all my mortgage business with Jason and you should too!!!

Exceptional Service

After recently going through a divorce and now being a single mother of two, I needed some guidance on purchasing a home and starting a new life for my kids.

I reached out to Jason Hagen at MSI Lending. I met Jason through a mutual friend, and learned he was in the lending business.

I had no idea what to do or how to do it or if i could even purchase a home. All i knew was that as a mother all i wanted was a home for my family. I needed someone to be honest & straight forward, to tell me " yes you can or you need to wait, etc. This was a huge decision for me and so i needed someone with experience and an expert to help me through the process.

From my initial conversation with Jason, I knew that he would have my best interest at heart. I felt confident that he was the right person with his professionalism and wealth of knowledge of the mortgage industry that he would be able to guide me along the way and this is exactly what he did.

He moved quickly, updated me along the way & was a pleasure to work with, after only a short time i was in my new home and my kids and i were able to start our new life together.

Now that i have established this relationship with MSI Lending, i learned about an affiliated company , MSI Financial Group, they were able to assist me with my property & casualty insurance & saved me money.

I also learned that Jason was able to help me with my investments by assisting me in establishing my children's 529 college savings account through World Group Securities, a Member of the Aegon Group. I loved that i was able to have some many resources at one location with such a professional and knowledgable group of people. I would highly recommend talking with them.
