Normally I do not do reviews, but in this case i find it necessary to tell you this place is SO UNPROFESSIONAL. I booked an appointment with ANN MUDD for Saturday at 10:30 a.m. When i arrived no one was there, i tried calling her direct number she gave me, as well as the salon, no answer. Finally someone arrived and opened the door, she asked who my appointment was with, i told her, she said "thats not like her to be late" then went on with her business leaving me with NO assistance. While I sat waiting for thirty minutes I called around town and finally got an appointment with Teresa at Best Impressions salon on Nicholasville rd! Who did a FABULOUS job! I still have heard NOTHING from Ann, not even an apology! NEVER going to this salon again!
