Everytime I go there to have my old car fixed, they explain what causes the problems in the terms even I could understand (I am such an illiterate when it comes to mechanic!). They also list all the potential problems (with the price to repair each item) and then tell you what is really critical and necessary for safty. They may even work out some affordable ways. I am very much appreciative of their service, and I highly recommend them.
