Stores are nice, Mall Employees are RUDE. I was treated very rudely by a mall security officer today. I had a cup of water in the play area, which is against policy, but that policy needs to be changed, as children need water when they get hot!! He told me I couldnt have the water, and I looked for a place to put it. When I couldnt find a safe place to set it, I sat back down, and he immediately told me I had to leave the play area. I told him my son needed the water, and he shouted at me "get your son and leave NOW." This was an act of a power hungry control freak, and was completely rude and uncalled for. I I was treated as if I was a criminal. Mothers with small children should be given consideration, as we are customers, and deserve respect. I wouldnt shop there again, even though the stores are fine. I feel bad they have to pay rent in a place where the mall employees are driving away their customers.
