Killer Q. A Tennessee transplant in Big Blue Country, Corky's is unsurpassed for value, selection, and quality. All entrees are more than reasonably priced and the sides are outstanding (I could make a meal out of the potato salad). On a recent Friday night when lesser eateries had long waits we were able to be seated right away. The ambience is pure Memphis roadhouse.

Best Ribs. The dry rub ribs are great. The Hamburg location is my preference for the atmosphere.
