Terrific People

I would definitely recommend Hoover's furniture to all my friends and family, they have a great group of individuals that work there, very intelligent and helpful in all aspects they went out of there way to make me feel comfortable about my purchase, I was looking for a bedroom suit, and ended up purchasing a complete house full of furniture, thanks to their wonderful service department as well, I had a couple of issues with some of the Items that were purchased and their highly qualified staff worked on the Items and made it better than new, "that was the service mans statement he told me after the work He performed".

I will definitely be going back.

• Pros: Very friendly sales staff,
• Cons: only one con, couple of issues with Items, but was taken care of quickly, and very pleased.

great store , good deals any day of week

great deals on furniture and appliances. name brand items.bought living room suit and big screen tv 10 yrs ago and all are in great shape today.

• Pros: parking,service, furniture,tvs,dinning room table&chairs
• Cons: not enough money to buy whole store

Terrible customer service!!

I was in the market to remodel my home and went to look at living room, dining room and bedroom furniture. I was there 2 hours and not one (and there were quite a few) sales representative came up to me. It was really weird because they would walk right past me and greet other people walking in, but totally ignored me. I approached one gentlemen with swatches in my hand and he turned around and walked away from me, from there on I was determined to spend my money elsewhere. They had some nice things but mostly not very high quality items, so I doubt I would have spent much there anyhow. I wonder if I had brought my husband with me things would have been different???

• Pros: ??? Seem to have a variety of items, depends on what your looking for.
• Cons: Very POOR customer service. Remember, You always get what you pay for!!
