Lexington's Worst Service. Until you see it for yourself you will not believe how horrible a successful restaurant's service can be. I just cannot see how people tolerate the idiocy that a guest has to endure when they visit this place. I have been to Pazzo's many times and one thing I can honestly say is that the service never changes. I have complained to "management", if you can call it that, and it's the same thing over and over. I don't have time to list all of the pathetic examples of the horrid service I've received, but I do want to spend enough time letting people know that if you have never been here, don't go if you don't want to be humiliated by extremely moronic staff.

Great Pizza, Tons of Beers. While the waitstaff may not always be on the ball, the pizza is worth it. Be sure to order the pretzels. Wings are not so good.

Pazzo's: Great Pizza; Lousy Staff.. The pizza is great. The service is lousy. First, we were shown to a table and when we asked if we could sit at the empty booth, the hostess was so baffled by this request, that we just took the table. Our server came by and gave us a menu and then went and sat in a booth and forgot about us. We had to ask another server to ask her to come and take our order. After our order was put in, I remembered I needed to make a to-go order. Since our server never came back by, I had to go to her booth and ask her to take my to-go order. Once our food arrived and we had eaten, and a long time passed, we had to ask someone else to go find our server again so we could have our check. She was downstairs having her hair braided by another server. Be prepared to wait at your table a long time because the wait staff is in no hurry to take your order or bring your order. THey don't really seem to care whether you are waited on or not.

I picked up a to-go order on another day and when I was leaving the girl said "for future reference, we do accept tips"!! I was picking up a to-go order! She did nothing that warranted a tip!

So if you want some really good, brick-oven pizza, go to Pazzo's. But get your order to go, unless you want to sit around for a long time waiting for college kids who would rather fraternize that do their jobs.

Molto Bene!. Delicious pizza, good sandwiches and salads, and a grrrreat beer selection! Go! Eat!
