Rip Offs

Ordered an Undercover Tonneau cover from them in plenty of time to go to a conference 1200 miles out. When it arrived, it was the wrong size, no hardware was in the box, and the 'free' articles were not there either. I called them and spoke with a rep and was told to refuse shipment and that they would get a refund to me in 30 days. In the mean time, I'm out $700. I was told if I wanted another one in a week I had to purchase it. After waiting a month they only refunded $250. of the $700 - -claiming freight to and from and that they aren't responsible. Their reps told me what to do to expedite the refund, but instead what I was told to do was agree to a policy that I would not have agreed to in returning the stuff. BAD business. They don't want to ship FexEx because they've had "thievery problems". I called back and told them that their reps told me I would receive everything except a 20% stocking fee -- today I was told that, 'read our policy" -- That's no way to conduct business on-line. Attorneys will be involved - these people are rip off scams.

Horrible customer service, shady employees...avoid at all costs!

I was looking for a tonneau cover for my truck and thought that I would give Trailblazer's a try. I was not in there 5 minutes and decided that I am not going to waste my hard earned cash with these people. I asked 3 times for some help and they refused to help me. The employees were all swarming around a very attractive female and her boyfriend.

My friend had his windows tinted there awhile back and mentioned to me that they could not pay him enough to ever walk back in there. After about 1 year his window tinting turned purple and they refused to honor their service agreement. Apparently they had no record of him having his windows tinted there and said "Jesus himself could not get them to redo the windows without a receipt" This statement is verbatim, per my friend.

I do not like to judge a person but the employees there basically looked like thugs who would take your money in a heartbeat and run with it.

Please avoid this place, there are plenty of other shops in town who actually deserve your business.
